Price and term

Payment is due before each print deadline.
Unpaid spots may be released to another business.
Your category is locked when payment clears. If two businesses book the same category at the same time, the second one gets a full refund.

We may decline an ad or ask for changes if it is illegal, misleading or offensive, or if it would hurt the card.
Every ad needs your proof approval before it prints. Two rounds of revisions are included.

If the card does not mail in a given month, you get a full refund for that month.

Tracking numbers stay owned by The Keeper Card. They forward to your business while your ad runs and for 60 days after your last paid month, so calls from cards already in homes still reach you. After that, the number is retired.
You may put your own main phone number on the ad instead of a tracking number, at the same price. You won't get call recordings or the call report.
Calls to tracking numbers may be recorded. Callers hear a notice that the call may be recorded.

Your directory listing stays live through your paid-through date and is removed automatically after it.

After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel by giving notice before the next sales deadline.
