Questions business owners ask

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

What is The Keeper Card?

A 9x12 postcard with 16 local businesses, mailed monthly by USPS to about 5,000 hand-picked Edmond homes.

How does it get delivered?

USPS Every Door Direct Mail. It goes to every residential mailbox on the routes we choose. No mailing list needed.

Where does it mail?

About 5,000 homes in Edmond on carrier routes we hand-pick for higher household incomes and more families and homeowners. Exact routes are listed on request.

Does it go to businesses?

No. We mail to homes only, so every card reaches a household.

How much is it?

$349 a month, 3-month minimum, paid before each print.

Why a 3-month minimum?

Mail works through repetition. Most businesses see stronger results by the second and third month.

Will my competitor be on the card?

No. One business per category.

Do I need to design my ad?

No. Send your logo and offer and we design it. You approve a proof before anything prints. You can also send your own finished ad if it meets our specs.

How do I know if it works?

Your ad gets its own tracking number that forwards to your phone. Calls are recorded and you get a monthly report. Callers hear a short notice that the call may be recorded.

When does it mail?

The Holiday Edition mails in early December. After that, every month on a set schedule.

Why should I trust you?

The Keeper Card is run by Abe, owner of Junk Platoon in Edmond, and his own business, Junk Platoon, is on the same card. You approve your ad before it prints, you get the USPS postage receipt and a photo of the printed card every month, and every call is tracked.

What if the card does not mail?

You get a full refund for that month.

What happens to calls if I stop advertising?

Your tracking number keeps forwarding to you for 60 days after your last paid month, so calls from cards already in homes still reach you.

Can I use my own phone number on the ad?

Yes, same price. You won't get call recordings or the call report, but QR scan tracking still works.

How is this different from coupon envelopes like Valpak?

Your ad sits on one big card people see without opening anything, your competitor is never on it, and you get a tracking number and monthly call report so you can see what it brings in.

Can I change my offer each month?

Yes, send updates before the monthly deadline.

What is the Keep These Handy spot?

A slot with emergency and local numbers that homeowners keep. The sponsor's ad sits in the bottom half.

How do I cancel?

After your first 3 months, give notice before the next sales deadline.

Claim your category before someone else does.
