What our forms collect

When you reserve a spot, join the waitlist or ask us to email you a breakdown, we collect what you type in: things like your name, business name, category, email, phone, website, your ad offer and any logo you upload. We use it to set up your ad, contact you and run the card. Our forms are hosted by Tally, and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Call tracking

Each advertiser gets a tracking phone number that forwards to their business. Calls to these numbers are recorded, and callers hear a notice that the call may be recorded. We share recordings and call reports with the advertiser whose number was called.

Calculator breakdown

If you ask for your breakdown on the payback calculator, we save the name, business and email you enter, along with the numbers from the calculator and which ad brought you to the site. It's stored in our Cloudflare account, and we use it only to follow up with you about The Keeper Card. Your PDF is created in your own browser.

QR code scans

Advertisers' QR codes go through a short link on our site so we can count scans. For each scan we record only which code was scanned, when, and whether it was a phone, tablet or computer. We do not store IP addresses or any personal information. Advertisers get their scan counts in their monthly report.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies to track you across sites. If we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure them. Only then are cookies from Meta used.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
